1. Introduction

Welcome to Fanboo. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and Fanboo ("we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the Fanboo platform, including our website, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the "Platform"). Fanboo is operated by Open Business HK Limited, a company registered in Hong Kong with its registered office at FLAT/ROOM 1618A, 16/F, PIONEER CENTRE, 750 NATHAN ROAD, MONG KOK, KOWLOON, HONG KONG.

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Promptly update any changes to your information
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Platform ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content for purposes of operating and improving the Platform.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

  • Violating any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringing upon the intellectual property rights of others
  • Posting or transmitting harmful, abusive, or inappropriate content
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Platform
  • Using the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Interfering with the proper operation of the Platform

6. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Fanboo and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Fanboo be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Platform.

9. Disclaimer

The Platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Fanboo makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Platform, or the information, content, or materials included therein.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Fanboo operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the new Terms on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Refund and Dispute Policy

We strive to provide the best possible service to our users. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of the original transaction date.

Refund Eligibility: Refunds are available for annual subscriptions cancelled within 30 days of purchase. Monthly subscriptions may be refunded on a case-by-case basis. Digital content that has been accessed or downloaded may not be eligible for refund.

How to Request a Refund: To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@fanboo.com with your account details and transaction information. We will process refund requests within 5-7 business days.

Dispute Resolution: In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the Platform, we encourage you to contact us first to seek a mutual resolution. We will make good faith efforts to resolve any concerns promptly and fairly.

Chargebacks: Before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider, please contact us to resolve any issues. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that initiate fraudulent chargebacks.
